Our terms & conditions are as below.

1; All our product images have been digitally taken to produce the best quality images of all our affordable Flooring and Blinds (Please ask us for pricing).
2; We do not do home services (ie bring out samples), as this keeps our prices low, for all our client to save money $.
3; We prefer our clients to know their measurement or a plan of the job required, so we can give an estimation and quotation for you, subject to remeasure. Attached is our email address for your convenience [email: ginasflooringandblinds@gmail.com]
4; Upon confirmation of the order, a contractor will do a recheck / remeasure of the clients job and give you an estimation of installation.

Terms of Use - Privacy Policy

Refund Policy
If you are ordering carpet, vinyl, or anything else which has to be cut from a roll  or made to order these count as a bespoke order because they are cut or made for your specific requirements. If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and the goods have not been cut or made you will be charged a canceling fee of 15% that will be taken off client’s deposit via your original payment method. If you cancel your order after the goods have been cut or made and dispatched, we will charge a 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to cancel or return your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will need to pay 30% plus the return delivery fee.
